Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the VastuEasy website and the Vastu Canvas analysis tool, operated as VastuEasy ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What this service is
Vastu Canvas lets you upload a floor plan or plot drawing, mark its boundary and orientation, and see it analysed against the directional zones and 45-Devata mandala of classical Vastu Shastra. It also produces written reports, remedies and AI-assisted answers.
2. Guidance, not professional advice
This is important. The analysis, reports, remedies and AI answers are provided for general guidance and interest only. They are not architectural, structural, engineering, financial, legal, medical or investment advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Do not make a construction, purchase, renovation, health or financial decision on the basis of this tool alone. Vastu Shastra is a traditional body of knowledge; its interpretations vary between schools and are not scientifically established. Any result depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter — particularly the boundary you pin and the north direction you set.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Accounts may require approval before use. Demo accounts are time-limited, permit a single floor plan, and are not intended for real client work. Do not share, resell or attempt to extend demo access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload anything you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- upload unlawful content, malware, or personal data about others without a lawful basis;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, approval checks or access controls, or call our APIs from outside the site;
- scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product;
- overload or disrupt the service or the third-party services it relies on.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms.
5. Your content
Your floor plans and drawings remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — processing them to produce your analysis, and, where a feature requires it, passing them to the third-party providers named in our Privacy Policy. Most analysis happens inside your own browser.
6. Our content
The site, the tool, its interface and its reference material are ours or our licensors'. You may use the reports you generate for your own or your clients' purposes. You may not copy the tool itself or present it as your own.
7. Plans and payment
A free tier is available with a daily limit on the number of analyses you can run. Paid plans raise that limit for a fixed period. The current price, the daily limit and the validity period of each plan are shown on the Plans page and again in the payment window before you confirm.
Payments are collected by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any taxes stated at checkout.
Paid plans are for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another period. If you buy again while a plan is still running, the new period is added to the time you have left rather than replacing it.
A paid plan raises your usage limit. It does not change the nature of the analysis, and the disclaimer in section 4 applies to paid and free use alike.

8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. The service depends on third-party providers, and interruptions to them may interrupt it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the service or from any decision taken on the basis of its output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
